Key responsibilities
-
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty drinks in accordance with company standards
-
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
-
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages served
-
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and handling customer inquiries professionally
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas at all times
-
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations strictly
-
Manage stock levels for coffee pods, milk, syrups, and related supplies and report shortages when required

Handle cash, POS systems, and payments accurately and responsibly
-
Assist with opening and closing duties as per operational requirements

Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service

Adhere to company policies, service standards, and operational procedures

Engage customers by explaining menu items and recommending beverages

Ensure proper calibration of coffee machines and grinders

Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and customer experience
