Main Purpose of the Role
Support the Operations Manager in leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to hotel standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, appraise, and develop Front Office team members to maintain high performance and ensure succession planning.
- Handle guest complaints, coordinate guest care, and propose enhancements for guest experiences, such as upgrading loyal guests.
- Oversee departmental operations, including staff scheduling, leave planning, and adherence to legal and safety provisions.
- Prepare and manage budgets (Capex, Opex) and monitor departmental expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Maintain high-quality standards, monitor inventory, and ensure furnishings, hygiene, and sanitation meet hotel requirements.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
• Experienced in Front Office operations with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, resource planning, and adhering to hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing guest needs and complaints effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality service delivery.
• Professional demeanor with knowledge of hospitality standards and team development practices.
