Key responsibilities
– Supervise and manage multi-technical teams on site (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, general workers)
– Plan, organize and coordinate daily site activities and interventions
– Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with project requirements
– Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time
– Act as the main point of contact between teams, management, and clients
– Identify on-site issues and provide fast, effective solutions
– Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
– Maintain discipline, productivity, and team performance on site
– Prepare and report daily/weekly progress to management
– Support continuous improvement of operations and site efficiency

Candidate Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or maintenance
- Proven experience managing teams on site
- Strong leadership and ability to enforce discipline
- Hands-on technical understanding (multi-technical is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable, responsible, and results-driven mindset
Candidates must demonstrate real field experience, not only theoretical knowledge.
Work condition:
- Full-time position based in Mauritius
- Field-based role (daily presence on site required)
- Overtime may be required depending on project needs
- Candidate must be flexible and available for urgent interventions if needed
- Strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
