We expect autonomy, accountability, and strong decision-making from our Team Leaders. You will be supported by management but fully responsible for your team performance, site organization, and execution.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or maintenance
- Proven experience managing teams on site
- Strong leadership and ability to enforce discipline
- Hands-on technical understanding (multi-technical is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable, responsible, and results-driven mindset

Candidates must demonstrate real field experience, not only theoretical knowledge.

Work condition:

- Full-time position based in Mauritius
- Field-based role (daily presence on site required)
- Overtime may be required depending on project needs
- Candidate must be flexible and available for urgent interventions if needed
- Strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
