About Us
LEGENDS PARK is opening this December with a unique indoor play park in Mauritius, dedicated to children and families! Giant slides, trampolines, ninja warrior course, virtual reality, arcade games… a festive and caring environment where children’s safety and enjoyment are the top priorities.

Your Mission
As the first point of contact for families, your role is key to customer satisfaction!

Main responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally
  • Manage ticket sales, payments, gift cards, and bookings
  • Provide clear information about pricing, activities, and house rules
  • Keep the cash register accurate and secure
  • Assist with birthday party check-ins and shop sales (drinks, snacks, souvenirs)
  • Help create a fun, friendly atmosphere alongside the team

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is highly valued
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools (POS systems, reservations, emails)
  • Customer-focused, courteous, punctual, and dependable
  • At ease interacting with children and parents
  • Available to work weekends, public holidays, and during school vacations
  • Organized, cheerful, and able to stay calm during busy times
  • Bilingualism (French + Creole/English) is a plus

Salary & Benefits

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the cash desk. Performance is measured through transaction accuracy, customer satisfaction, handling of peak hours, reliability, and proper application of pricing and internal procedures.

N+1 Management Style:

Supportive, structured, and approachable. The supervisor provides clear guidelines, training on tools and procedures, and regular feedback, while encouraging autonomy, accountability, and collaboration with animators and kitchen staff.

Career Progression Opportunities:

Possibility to evolve into roles such as Senior Cashier, Front Desk Supervisor, Customer Service Coordinator, or Assistant Manager. Internal mobility is encouraged, with opportunities to take more responsibility in bookings, group events, and customer relations.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Work condition:

On-site work at the entrance / cash desk of the indoor park; rotating shifts including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and school vacation periods; adherence to cash handling, security, and customer service procedures; active, front-facing role with continuous interaction with families.
