Goals & Performance Metrics:
3 months – having a functional team doing MUR1,500,000- sales ex-vat per month
6 months – growing team doing MUR3,000,000- sales ex vat per month
9 months – growing and effective team doing MUR5,000,000- sales ex vat per month
Benefits & Culture:
Proposed salary – negotiable
Commission - % of Gross Profit generated from team sales , subject to a minimum GP of MUR 1Million
