  1. Recruiting
  2. Training, motivating and managing a team of sales reps
  3. Setting goals , sales target

4.Monitoring sales activities and targets

5.Develop and implement sales strategies

6.Coaching of sales reps for constant improvement

7.Preparing management reports

8.Handling and resolving customer complaints

9.Pariticipating in identifying / testing new products.

10.Any other related assignments

Good to know

Goals & Performance Metrics:

3 months – having a functional team doing MUR1,500,000- sales ex-vat per month

6 months – growing team doing MUR3,000,000- sales ex vat per month

9 months – growing and effective team doing MUR5,000,000- sales ex vat per month

Benefits & Culture:

Proposed salary – negotiable

Commission - % of Gross Profit generated from team sales , subject to a minimum GP of MUR 1Million
