Key responsibilities
Job Objective:
We are currently a small structure looking to strengthen our team. Your goal will be to contribute to the performance of our actions and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Daily task tracking (phone calls, emails, mail, and Electronic Document Management (EDM)…)
- Processing time sheets for the preparation of billing, payroll, and leave tracking…
- Invoicing and reconciliation using Excel files
- Tracking debtors and following up with clients
- Reconciliation of Excel files
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or the Management team
- Contribute to the performance of actions taken and to the satisfaction of our clients

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Seeking Profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience required
Hard Skills:
- Bilingual in French/English with a perfect French (oral and written)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent work organization
- Rigor, autonomy, sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and contributing to a positive social climate in the company
- Comfortable with numbers and logical thinking
Work condition:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 days from 10 AM to 6 PM and 1 day from 11 AM to 7 PM
- Work on Mauritian public holidays but off on French public holidays
