As part of its expansion, oXya is hiring a full-time Monitoring Technician (40 hours/week).

You will be responsible for supervising our clients IT infrastructures and critical applications (SAP environments) to ensure they remain operational :

  • Perform all routine operations necessary for the functioning of our North American clients’ information systems.
  • Supervise applications.
  • Monitor and control data flows.
  • Detect and escalate incidents.
  • Comply with contractual commitments.
  • Provide daily reports to clients.

Schedule

The service operates 24/7, based on a rotating shift system (3 shifts of 8 hours). The selected candidate must be flexible to adapt to this rotation. Schedules will be communicated with reasonable notice.

  • Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Night shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Transition shift- on call shift (between night and morning to allow time for recuperation)

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual: French and English (a MUST)

Preferred Experience

  • Degree in IT (or equivalent) preferred
  • 1 year experience as an IT technician (Beginners welcome)

Compensation

  • Monthly salary & 15% attendance bonus
  • Without experience: Rs. 32,000
  • 1+ year experience in a 24/7 role: Rs. 40,000

Candidate Selection Criteria:

We are searching for motivated candidates who have a junior technical background (recent graduates accepted), or candidates with technical support or customer service experience. Experience using ticketing tools is a plus.

Candidates must be flexible to work on rotational shifts at the office.

Le service est en opération 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, selon un système de quarts rotatifs (3 quarts de 8 heures). La personne sélectionnée devra faire preuve de flexibilité afin de s’adapter à cette rotation. Les horaires seront communiqués avec un préavis raisonnable.

Quart de matin : 6h30 - 14h30
Quart de l'après-midi : 14h30 - 22h30
Quart de nuit : 22h30 - 6h30
Quart en disposition (transition entre le quart de nuit et le quart de matin)
