Key responsibilities

·         Ensure all relevant information concerning arriving guests.

·         Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.

·         Makes bed.

·         Dusts the room and furniture.

·         Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.

·         Cleans the bathroom.

·         Cleans the closet.

·         Vacuums and racks the carpet.

·         Checks and secures the rooms.

·         Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.

·         Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards

·         Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required

·         Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.

·         Responsible for the cleanliness and Maintenance of his work area.

·         Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

·         Provides turndown services as per requirement.

Goals & Performance Metrics:

You will undergo a probationary period of THREE (3) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.

Work condition:

Stands in for Shift (Day, afternoon or night shift)

Working Monday to Sunday 8h00-16h00 or 15h00 to 23h00. However, depending on the exigencies of our operations, we expect the candidate to be flexible.
