Key responsibilities

• Attending to customer queries or calls via phone, email, chat bot, social media, web, in person or any other official method, in a timely and courteous manner
• Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
• Collaborating with the reservations, marketing, and accounts teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
• Assisting the customer with any reservation’s issues, amendments, cancellations, store credit, gift vouchers etc
• Processing of payments and confirmation bookings
• Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.

• Ensure compliance of the roster basis for the Reservations department, to ensure constant customer service being delivered, with minimal interruptions to booking requests.
• Documenting processes and logging in technical issues, as well as customer feedback, complaints and compliments
• Anticipate customer needs and handle their enquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

• Encourage sales by upselling of additional services or special packages

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Monthly KPIs have been established for the Reservations Department, with rewards provided for successful achievement.

N+1 Management Style:

The Customer Success Executive will report to the Reservations Supervisor, under the leadership of the Senior Reservations Manager who oversees the Reservations Department.
