The Mauritius office is composed of a director, Chloé, who was trained in France at Forstone for 4 years before coming to Mauritius to share her expertise and train local teams. The current team includes a manager, 6 junior collaborators, and one additional collaborator. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, and regular training sessions are held by the international team to ensure continuous development.

Forstone values flexibility and work-life balance. While the team works predominantly from the office, employees benefit from 1 day of authorised telework per week after the probationary period.
