Key responsibilities

Patrol designated areas to prevent intrusions, incidents, and damages

Monitor the Smart City’s security cameras

Control access points: employee, visitor, and vehicle entries and exits

Identify suspicious behavior and intervene appropriately

Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations

Prevent the entry or removal of prohibited items

Write daily activity and incident reports

Collaborate with the intervention team and internal departments

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Reinforce the security team of Beau Plan Smart City by ensuring continuous surveillance, incident prevention, and compliance with procedures. Your mission is to maintain peace and safety in the area with rigor, calm, and efficiency.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (security, access control, patrolling)
Minimum Form 3 level – must be able to read and write (for reports)
A valid driver’s license (category P or private vehicle) is a plus but not mandatory
A certificate of good conduct is mandatory – reference checks will be conducted
Ideally resides in the Beau Plan region

Work condition:
Full-time: 180 hours per month
12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on rotation)
6 working days per week, 1 day off
Outdoor work, standing most of the time
Regular overtime possible (Rs 9,000 to 14,000/month in additional pay)
