We need to develop the V2 of our web application!
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Laravel and/or Symfony) to lead the creation of a public-facing web application, using modern and innovative technologies.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance and scalable features.
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work closely with the project manager, product owner, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality, performance, and security of the solutions that will be hosted in the public cloud, while bringing your expertise to solve technical challenges.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure the quality and performance of user interfaces with a focus on graphic details, using Tailwind CSS and frontend frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular.
- Design and implement robust backend features with Laravel or Symfony, ensuring smooth integration with the frontend.
- Actively participate in source code management using Git, following best versioning practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs, and use Clickup to track ticket progress.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure reliability.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Passionate about new technologies and web development.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and priority management.
Hard skills:
- Languages: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- CSS Framework: Strong experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Frontend Framework: Proficient in Vue.js. Experience with React or Angular is also appreciated.
- Backend Framework: Expertise in Laravel. Knowledge of Symfony is a plus.
- Version Control Tools: In-depth knowledge of Git and associated workflows (branching, merge requests, etc.).
Soft skills:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with non-technical people.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to produce clean, efficient, and secure code.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and quick adaptability to new technologies.
