JOB PURPOSE 

  •  We are currently looking to hire a Treasury Back-Office Assistant/Officer to support the day to day transactions and tasks within our Treasury Operations department. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand the full deal life cycle from inception in Front Office to confirmation, settlement and reconciliations in Treasury Back office.

  • Construction and interpretation of the various fields which constitute the MT 3XX & MT 2XX Swift message types.

  •  Support and contribute to the department’s operational tasks and Projects as and when required – Sound understanding of the Finacle Treasury System & Finacle Core banking platforms.

  • Any other related duties.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • Diploma/ Degree holder.

  • ACI Operations Certificate would constitute an advantage.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Must be willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
