Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of clients

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records

  • Checking of advices

  • Prepare management accounts

  • Preparation of VAT, TDS , PAYE and NPF return

  • Monthly bank reconciliation

  • Attend to client queries on a timely manner

  • Attend client meeting with seniors

  • Attend to auditors queries

  • Attend to the Authorities queries

  • Any ad-hoc task given by seniors

Qualifications:

  • Partly ACCA qualified / Degree holder

  • 1-3 years’ work experience in a management company
