  • Report to the Management

  • Promote the Company’s image and products

  • Prepare reports of visits / planning of visits / customer data sheets

  • Show professionalism and be respectful during visits and interventions

  • Visit regularly existing customers

  • Develop new customers and new areas of products

  • Inform the Management and colleagues of leads for over products supplied by sister companies (cross-selling)

  • Keep the company informed of movements

  • Follow up of customers’ orders and requests

  • Follow up of sub-contractors jobs

  • Follow company’s procedures

  • Follow principals’ (suppliers’) procedures for technical interventions

  • Close monitoring of spare-parts stocks

  • Attend customer’s premises for technical interventions within the shortest time scheduled as per contract agreements and / or scheduled appointments

  • Find and discuss technical solutions together with Management

  • Keep a record of equipments and interventions on each equipment

  • Close monitoring of competitors actions and report to The Management

  • Any other duty related to your job that the Management may ask you to do and which will be beneficial to the Company

  • Attend courses / meetings on  Management request (locally and abroad)


  • A minimum of 3 years.
