Our client, a leading producer, importer and distributor of wines and spirits in Mauritius, is looking for a Modern Trade Team Leader.


  • Manage client portfolio and boost customer relationship as per company’s standards.

  • Monitor sales on a weekly basis with the team and establish forecasts as per set targets.

  • Support Management in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies.

  • Develop distinctive merchandising approaches for different brands available on the market.

  • Manage, develop and coach team and ensure output as per set Key Performance Indicators.

  • Develop sales in A‐Trade Channel and coach related staff for development towards Key Account Management methodology.

  • Build up and manage sales projects to reinforce business opportunities.

  • Report market & sales activities to Management and submit performance review when needed.


  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in similar field.

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
