Responsibilities :

  • Observe, listen, gather requirements and translate into functional specifications and technical design documents

  • Use your knowledge of the Dayforce application to assist various internal resources

  • Leveraging strong analytical and problem solving skills to efficiently resolve issues

  • Project based software development assisting all areas of the business

  • Organization-wide reporting responsibilities

  • Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction

  • Monitor and recommend changes to production environments to achieve optimal performance

  • Contributing to the support knowledgebase

  • Assisting with a wide variety of operational projects including: o Technical programming and scripting tasks o Optimizing internal processes and procedures

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields

  • At least 1-2 yrs providing Application Support; at least 1-2 yrs of Development experience

  • Experience working directly with the Dayforce HCM application

  • Strong analysis skills; demonstrated ability to bring high level, complex client issues to resolution

  • Must be proficiency with SQL and relational database systems

  • Superior communication, organizational, and problem solving skills

  • Solid understanding of object oriented programming and related OOP languages, i.e. C#, Java; must also have a good understanding of HTML and JavaScript

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Server Technology (e.g.; Windows / SQL Server)
