For our Payroll & Rewards Germany team, we are looking for motivated employees who would like to contribute their skills as Engineer with developer preference to provide future-proof products for our customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Team-oriented collaboration in the agile software development process of our German HR software.

  • Design and development of databases, software modules and business process logic.

  • Coordination of tasks within the team according requests of our stakeholders and agreed prioritization schema.

  • End-to-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities. 

  • 3rd-Level-support, Troubleshooting and error correction.

EXPECTATIONS EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE 

  • Degree in IT.

  • Considerable experience in the field of application development.

  • Substantial knowledge of software development with the common programming language C# by using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps. 

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in a similar role. 

  • Willingness to learn the new programming language (if necessary) and contribute to the development process with own ideas and creativity.

  • Excellent English- written and spoken. 

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude. 

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Interest in new technologies and participation in international and cross-functional teams. 

  • German language skills will be plus.
