KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASK:

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short-term and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures in the organization.

  • Handle multiple Business Units/Processes irrespective of domains in a matrixed organization.

  • Constantly strive to improve customer & stakeholder satisfaction level (C-Sat and NPS) by understanding & managing expectations.

  • Support all other business excellence initiatives like employee satisfaction levels, operations self-assessments (health checks) and implementation of transition methodology.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources to identify and onboard the right talent for the right job.

  • Play a significant role in Employee Engagement and Center wide initiatives and events.

  • Be an agent of Change.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate with ‘operational experience’ of having handled diverse teams across geographies heading functions in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong Program Management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,

  • Project Management experience.

  • Flexibility to take on multiple assignments.

  • 10+ years of overall managerial experience.

  • Adept Analytical and Data interpretation skills.

  • Capability to train and conduct workshops in Business Excellence.
