Key responsibilities

As part of a human-sized team, you play a key role in commercial prospecting and in booking qualified appointments for our sales teams.
Your mission: promote NSI solutions and services to prospects while embodying our core values: Quality & Service, Innovation, and CSR commitment.

Your main missions

Strategy and preparation

  • Define the targeting strategy for accounts and key contacts

  • Assess the relevance and quality of prospects for NSI Group

  • Implement a structured process for contacting and following up prospects

  • Receive regular training on the group’s services and sales techniques

  • Prepare and update databases in the CRM

  • Use and improve the CRM daily

Commercial prospecting

  • Work closely with the Manager and colleagues to meet objectives

  • Launch and execute telephone prospecting campaigns

  • Present our services clearly and convincingly over the phone

  • Use multichannel actions (phone, email…)

  • Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities

  • Conduct regular follow-ups

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales teams

  • Track and update prospect information in the CRM

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Minimum 100 calls per day

Minimum 2 qualified appointments per day

Maintain a conversion rate aligned with group standards

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Degree in Business (High School Diploma or +2 years)

At least 2 years of experience in teleprospecting or telesales

Strong command of sales techniques and CRM tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dynamic, persistent, and customer-oriented

Ability to work in a team and achieve ambitious goals
