Key responsibilities
At the heart of our commercial strategy, you play a key role in driving and enhancing the performance of our teleprospecting team. This position combines hands-on management with operational involvement, including active participation in prospecting campaigns and scheduling appointments with strategic prospects.
Your main missions:
Team Management & Leadership

Supervise, support, and motivate the teleprospecting team on a daily basis

Recruit, train, and coach new team members

Set individual and collective objectives aligned with the commercial strategy

Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
-
Organise regular team meetings (briefings, debriefings, coaching)
-
Develop team skills through continuous training
-
Create a positive and high-performing team dynamic
Activity Management & Performance
-
Actively participate in teleprospecting campaigns and in scheduling appointments with priority targets
-
Provide daily operational support to the team by joining calls and contributing directly to collective performance
-
Maintain a high standard of commercial excellence regarding scripts and prospecting techniques

Define and implement the multi-agency prospecting strategy

Analyse KPIs and dashboards (number of calls, conversion rates, qualified appointments)

Oversee target achievement: 100 calls/day and 2 appointments/day per teleprospector

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans

Provide regular reporting to Management

Ensure the quality of opportunities forwarded to the sales teams
Strategy & Optimisation

Define the targeting strategy for key accounts and priority contacts

Design and deploy prospecting campaigns (phone, emailing, social networks)

Optimise prospecting scripts and commercial pitch materials

Supervise the use and continuous improvement of the CRM

Implement efficient multichannel prospecting processes
Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

Ensure that commercial practices follow data protection regulations

Ensure proper management and qualification of databases

Promote the Group’s CSR commitments through everyday practices

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Business, Management, or Marketing
At least 5 years of experience in teleprospecting/tele-sales, including 3 years in team management
Strong mastery of B2B sales techniques and CRM tools
Leadership skills, active listening, and the ability to unite and motivate a team
Results-oriented, organised, rigorous, and proactive
