Key responsibilities
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, retaining clients, and contributing to the growth of Cim Finance while positioning the company’s leasing product to the market. The Relationship Officer will manage customer relationships and sustain a portfolio of customers (including second hand and reconditioned car dealers) with specific focus on assets, building long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve individual sales targets and promote Cim’s products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong, long-term relationships with them
- Compliance & Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client relationships and sales processes and take steps to mitigate them.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, or relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing client accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Valid Drivers License
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on client satisfaction and experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal reporting.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and client data to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
Work condition:
- Our standard working hours are from 08:30- to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Our sales team may be required to attend events and functions outside of normal working hours.
- Our Sales team is based in Port Louis but will be required to visit clients across the island.
- The selected candidate will be on a 6-month probationary period.
