MISSION OFFER – B2B Teleprospection for a French Digital Agency
📍 Location: Mauritius
📅 Start date: September 1st, 2025
🕒 Duration: 1-month trial – renewable if successful
🎯 Goal: 40 qualified B2B appointments per month
We are looking for an experienced freelance professional or a reliable small team based in Mauritius for a teleprospection mission.
The task involves booking sales appointments by phone with French small and medium-sized businesses (TPE/PME).
Mission details:
Outbound calls from pre-qualified contact lists
Use of a professional prospecting script provided by us
Contact qualification (decision-maker, curiosity, sector, etc.)
Scheduling 45-minute appointments in a shared calendar
Updating a shared Google Sheet with your progress
Weekly reporting required

Goals & Performance Metrics:
Your success will be measured by your ability to schedule qualified appointments with French business owners.
Performance indicators include the number of appointments actually held by our sales team and the conversion rate from leads to sales.
1-Month Objectives:
Make prospecting calls weekly, with a target of 10 qualified appointments attended by sales reps during the month
Submit a weekly report including observations and results
Schedule all appointments directly in the shared calendars of the sales team
2-Month Objectives:
Continue weekly prospecting calls, with a target of 20 qualified appointments attended by sales reps during the month
Submit a weekly report including observations and results
Schedule all appointments in the shared calendars of the sales team
4-Month Objectives:
Conduct weekly prospecting calls on behalf of a dedicated sales representative, with a target of 10 qualified appointments per week
Submit a weekly report including observations and results
Schedule all appointments in the shared calendar of the assigned sales rep
N+1 Management Style:
