Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote excursions to potential guests

  • Handle reservations, including payment, for excursions

  • Assist in planning the logistics of excursions, including coordinating with respective suppliers and ensuring that excursions go smoothly and according to plan

  • Assist in administrative task, including the preparation of marketing collaterals

  • Maintain a professional presentation while consistently delivering outstanding, attentive 5-Star service and care

  • Assist in any other administrative tasks as may be required by the Employer

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC certificate. A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism/Hospitality or related field is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in Sales is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English

  • Good interpersonal, presentation and persuasion skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Autonomous, dynamic, detail-oriented, and extrovert, with a pleasant

  • Personality
