JOB PROFILE

  • As a Sales & Leasing Executive, the candidate will execute property sales and pursue new sales prospects in the spirit to drive rapid and sustainable growth. The incumbent will also be responsible to maximize rental and occupancy of properties within the company’s portfolio.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE 

  • Contribute significantly in establishing aggressive sales goals for the company’s various projects and ensure objectives are achieved.

  • Drive the sales and leasing actions in line with the sales strategies of the company.

  • Actively prospects and acquires new clients.

  • Ensure that the key clients are effectively managed.

  • Ensure preparation of necessary sales documentation & packs (CRP, VEFA, Building controls & guidelines, tranche payment).

  • Ensure in-depth understanding of the market, competition, price and potential niche markets to stay abreast of changing needs and trends.

  • Regularly benchmark all relevant projects and prepare monthly reports for different segments.

  • Maintain necessary data and records for future market segmentation and analysis.

  • Provide an excellent customer service to customers dealing with the company.

  • Market and lease all designated properties defined by the Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing.

  • Optimize occupancy to reach maximum occupancy rate set by management.

  • Manage the databank of clients, the processing and approval of lease applications and the preparation of all contracts and documentation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 

  • Bachelor Degree level in any related field.

  • 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field (exposure in a real estate industry would be a define advantage).

  • Ability to work in team.

  • Selling & Negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

  • Performance-driven individual.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong customer relationship.

  • Have a notion of priority cases treatment.

  • Holder of a valid driving license.
