We are looking for a dynamic individual to perform a sales & support role.


  • The individual will be required to execute trades on client instructions and will be exposed to all aspects of the business to obtain a holistic view of operations in order to facilitate the expansion of the Mauritian subsidiary. 


  • Executing trades on instruction.

  • Weekly sales calls and onsite client engagement sessions.

  • Good understanding of financial markets and its important components – Product specific knowledge.

  • Understand Trading platforms and handle Trade related queries.

  • Assist with current client structures within the business.

  • Implement, refine and manage client structures.

  • Detail and compile client business profiles.

  • Manage sales targets and budgets along.

  • Manage and grow current Private client relationships.

  • Continuous training of clients on front office processes and procedures (Trading Platform, Treasury Function, Reporting, Onboarding Procedures and Back Office).

  • Reconciliation of client trading activities.

  • Being ahead and aware of Industry changes, including regulatory environment, product environment and client movements.

  • Understanding the MAU FICA requirements.

  • Meticulously manage and up-date company CRM.

  • Drive revenue growth.

  • Host marketing & sales workshops.

  • Grow the existing client base.


  • Prior working history in the financial markets.

  • Great phone etiquette.

  • Attention to detail and meticulous with admin and up-dating company data applications.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Project management skills.

  • Personable and able to develop relationships within the industry.

  • Be able to handle goal orientated and target driven working environment.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Presentable in front of clients.

  • Banking background or experience in Finance would be an advantage.

  • Basic Tax Knowledge
