Duties and responsibilities :

  • Respond to incoming and outgoing communications (mails, fax, telephone among others

  • Perform data entry of contractual agreements / services provided to clients onto the software; the same to be maintained and updated accordingly

  • Gather and compile information from Operations department (Manned Security, Electronic, Monitoring & Response and Cash Services) in view of preparing agreements, tender documents, quotes, contracts, renewal addendum and other related documents.

  • Prepare reports by gathering, compiling, summarizing information on a weekly,  monthly or any other basis as requested by Management 

Profile :

  • At least a Higher School Certificate/Bac or any relevant qualification.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in general administration environment. 

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Good organizational skills and focus driven.
