• Complete all assignments under the guidance of the Head of Central Project Team, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments

  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them

  • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of the Head of Central Project Team

  • Help and coach more junior project team members

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion, ensure effective trouble shooting, problem resolution, conflict management, client & stakeholder management

  • Discuss with the Head of Central Project Team ideas of possible future needs of the operating units that may lead to projects

  • General contribution to Allianz Services

  • Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training


  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Operational insurance business and/ or consultancy and/or project experience for more than 5 years

  • Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement

  • Experience in change management, integration, and re-organization as well as training and coaching

  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience

  • Communication, facilitation and conflict management skills

  • Strategic and operational management experience

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent French & English written and spoken


  • 3 years of professional experience in an international environment

  • Organization and process management skills

  • Project/program/transition management for major international projects, as well as expertise in the areas of project planning and project costing, time and budget management, resource planning and management
