We are looking for a Production Planning and Coordinator (PPC) to join our team

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To plan, review and monitor production schedule and work orders according to work order specifications, priorities, and availability or capability of employees, inputs, material, and equipment.

  • To coordinate with department supervisors and management to determine the progress of work and provide information.

  • To compile reports concerning the progress of work and downtime to apprise production planning personnel of production delays.

  • To schedule and to coordinate the flow of work within or between departments and to expedite production.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 

  • Graduate/Diploma in production planning OR good HSC with Mathematics and Accounts.

  • Very good knowledge of MS office package especially excel.

  • Very good communication oral and written skills in both French and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure, proactive and good interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of planning.
