Job Purpose:

  • As a NOC Engineer you will ensure our customers get the best quality of service and up-time we can give them. You will be part of a team that will monitor the Live service and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support (24 x 7 x 365) for the systems and applications we launch to ensure they remain available, reliable and efficient throughout their lifecycle.

  • You will resolve Incidents by following ‘Run Book’ procedures. You will be responsible for monitoring the availability, performance of our Proprietary Gaming platform and connected systems.

  • You will triage and escalate incidents that need to be investigated by Level 3 resources and third parties.

  • You will have a close relationship with the customers services team ensuring they are informed of Incidents that may affect Gaming customers. You will also build relationships with Developers, Site Reliability Engineers, IT Infrastructure, QA and various stakeholders with a view to increase technical knowledge.

  • You will use monitoring tools, create or update tickets, update documentation and follow documented processes. You will also be eager and quick to learn, be a clear communicator and must be able to use your initiative to tackle a broad range of Incidents across areas of technology.

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role.

  • Good English communicator (oral & written) with a natural aptitude for dealing with people

  • Basic Linux and/or Windows skill

  • Basic System Administration skills

  • Work well in a technical team

  • Quick learner and able to deal with a wide range of issues

  • Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources

  • Ability to assess and prioritise Incidents and respond or escalate accordingly


  • Degree or equivalent qualification desirable (ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a similar discipline)

  • Passionate about quality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Mauritian citizen


  • Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


  • The NOC team will provide support 24 x 7 x 365 days a year, there will be a requirement to cover various hours as part of a rota covering shift patterns between 00:00 and 23:59, therefore flexibility is essential.
