PART OF AN AWESOME TEAM, YOU WILL:

  • Monitor the Live Service and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the systems and applications launched to ensure they remain available, reliable and efficient throughout their lifecycle.

  • Resolve Incidents and monitor the availability, performance of the Proprietary Gaming platform and connected systems.

  • Triage and escalate Incidents that need to be investigated by Level 3 resources and third parties.

  • Maintain a close relationship with the customers' services team ensuring they are informed of Incidents that may affect Gaming customers.

  • Build a relationship with Developers, Site Reliability Engineers, IT infrastructure, QA and various stakeholders with a review to increase technical knowledge.

  • Monitor tools, create or update tickets, update documentation and follow documented processes.

BACKGROUND WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification desirable (ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a similar discipline).

  • A minimum of 12 – 18 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role would be a real advantage.

  • Good English communicator (oral & written) with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.

  • Basic Linux and/or Windows skills.

  • Basic System Administration skills.

  • Quick learner and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
