RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To perform preparation work for food items for the various outlets and actively participates in all food production areas of the Kitchen Department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least a School Certificate or equivalent qualifications. 

  • National Certificate Level 3 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications. 

  • National Certificate Level4/5 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

  • 2 – 4 Working experience as Assistant Cook 

  • Food Handlers Medical Certificate 

  • A Clean Certificate of Character is a must. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French 

  • High levels of integrity. 

  • Passionate about service. 

  • Creative and innovative. 

  • Willingness to work night shift (starting at 23.00 p.m and ending at 7.15 a.m)
