Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following : 

  • Ensures consistency in professionally communicating messages internally and externally while making use of communication tools.

  • Work with different business units to understand communication needs and drive the communication process.

  • Producing and implementing communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.

  • Developing a successful content strategy for online and social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Ensuring social media profiles are up to date and contain accurate information consistent with the business.

  • Supporting business development activities such as marketing campaigns and organization of events

  • Updating and maintaining company website and intranet.
