Key responsibilities

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth expertise in the company’s products.
  • Active prospecting and visits to targeted customers.
  • Analysing and summarising customers’ needs in order to draw up tailor-made sales proposals.
  • Actively contributing to the department’s objectives and sales strategy.
  • Managing and expanding the customer portfolio, ensuring rigorous, high-quality follow-up.
  • Increasing the company’s sales by proposing appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Working closely with the sales team to optimise the sales and order-taking processes.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of customer relations by responding proactively to their needs.

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short term: Achieve a monthly sales quota for photovoltaic systems.
Performance indicator: Number of systems sold per month.

Medium term: Develop a customer portfolio and generate referrals.
Performance indicator: number of new referrals per quarter.

Benefits & Culture:

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• Significant sales experience, ideally in the solar energy, construction or luxury goods sectors.
• Mastery of sales techniques and commercial strategy, with an excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Autonomous, dynamic and rigorous personality, with excellent interpersonal skills, persuasiveness and the ability to take the initiative.
• Fluent in French and English, with a polished professional appearance.
• Driving licence required

Work condition:

• Flexible working environment: The position offers a dynamic working environment with offices located in Ruisseau Creole, in the north, and in Phoenix.

• Working hours: The working hours are from 8am to 5.15pm, but flexibility is possible.

The first months:

• The 1st month is a month of discovery; training on the product, going out with a Sales person to listen, discovering the universe, installation follow-up, etc.
• The 2nd month is spent in the field with Preshant, who will help close the first sales.
