• Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues and liaise with suppliers for repairs.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or face to face.

  • Capable of performing remote and on-site troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

  • Ensure the inventory of IT assets is up to date.

  • Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.

  • Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.

  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.


  • Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • At least one year working experience in a similar position.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft certifications or Cisco certifications would be an advantage.

  • Valid Driving License.


Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 depending on experience.
