• Analyze and Screening of Potential candidates.

  • Preparation and set up of technical tests for candidates’ evaluation.

  • Follow up of correction of tests.

  • Responsible for close monitoring of job adverts on our job boards.

  • Responsible for updating and communicating weekly recruitment reporting.

  • Onboarding Process for new staff.

  • Departure Process of leavers.

  • Creation and deactivation of employee entries on the system as per employee status.

  • Ensure proper management of employee files.

  • Any other cognate duties assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Diploma/Degree Holder – BSc Human Resource Management.

  • Previous internship/traineeship in the HR would be an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Loves to work with people.

  • Organised and good sense of planning.

  • Eager to learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST.

  • Team spirit.

  • Strong Analytical Skills.

  • Ability to propose innovative reports.
