As the Human Resources Manager/Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing HR functions at our client's company. You will maintain and enhance the human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Consult with management on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure strategic alignment with business strategy.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends to ensure company is consistently competitive in hiring and benefit practices.

  • Develop, manage, and monitor the effectiveness of the training and development initiatives in areas of leadership, talent and performance management, recruitment best practices, and compliance.

  • Determine, recommend, and manage employee relations practice necessary to establish a positive employee-employer relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.

  • Conduct timely investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.

  • Monitor and advise management team on the outlined progressive discipline process.

  • Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company polices and governmental laws and regulations.

  • Ensure timely compliance reporting.

  • Direct, prepare, and maintain reports as necessary for management.



  • At least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with at least 3 years of HR management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.

  • Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products, Internet navigation, HRIS systems.

  • Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • Able to create, analyze, report and manipulate data as it relates to HR metrics.
