• Responsible for timely preparation of Consultant /  Subcontractors Contracts.

  • Maintains all records related to Contracts.

  • Provides information related to Contracts to Consultants / Finance and Talent Acquisition departments.

  • Follows and implements procedures applicable to Contracts Team

  • Prepares, Consultant Contracts and amendments

  • Updates on regular basis contractual data basis (Currently Contracted Personnel table, Subcontractor table, Frame Agreements list)

  • Monitors the expiry dates of Consultant / Subcontractor contracts and notifies to Operations

  • Follows up with Consultant /  Subcontractors signatures of the Contracts.

  • Issues demobilization notice to Consultant as and when required.

  • Issues Subcontractor termination notice as and when required.

  • Prepares, reviews and updates Contract templates as and when required.

  • Forwards Consultant / Subcontractors Contracts to MPH Authorized Signatories for signature.   

  • Ensures that Contract details are provided to Accounting and Payroll Departments

  • Answers queries from Consultant / Subcontractors / internal departments on contract related issues.

  • Prepares Consultant’s  Certificate

  • Prepares and reviews notices under client and consultant contracts

  • Maintains all records / files related to Consultant / Subcontractors Contracts including Contracts archives.

  • Monitors incoming / outgoing correspondence related to contracts

  • Assists Business Developers / Account managers in reviewing tender documents and provide appropriate information as required.

  • Provides records of MPH experience during bidding process from time to time

  • Generates reports required by the management, operations, and other internal functions upon request
