DESCRIPTION:

  • Our client is a holding company invested in several medical and paramedical projects in Mauritius.

  • The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business development activities to ensure the growth and expansion of the projects in line with the overall strategy and vision of the directors.

MISSIONS:

  • General administration and supervision of day-to-day operations.

  • Development of new lines of products and services for the Centre de Podologie.

  • Development of a portfolio of health products to be distributed.

  • Scaling-up the expansion of new Healthcare centres across the island.

  • Public relations and communication on social media.

  • Recruitment of new staff.

  • Preparation of management accounts and budget with accountant.

  • Reporting to the directors and shareholders.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • BSc degree in a health field or management, preferred.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience.

  • Holder of a driving license desirable.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to think and act strategically.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, make decisions and function as a team leader.

  • Strong customer services emphasis.

  • Excellent organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and a high level of motivation.

  • Ability to set priorities and to provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
