DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

  • Maintain and update company databases.

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

  • Answer queries by employees and clients.

  • Update office policies as needed

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).

 

PROFILE:

 
  • HSC Holders.

  • 5 years' experience.

  • Excellent communication both written and spoken in English & French.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism.

  • Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and can work under pressure.

 

Salary will reflect the candidate's experience, qualification & more importantly attitude.
