RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures

  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

  • Report on management 

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:

ESSENTIAL

  • Qualifications: HSC Level / NC 4 / Tourism Management institution
  • Experience: At least 3 years work-related experience in F&B operation as Assistant Outlet Manager or 5 years as Supervisor
  • Personal Qualities: pleasant, good communication skills, attention to details, pro-active and discipline

DESIRABLE

  • Qualifications:  Diploma with specialization in F&B from a recognized institution
  • Experience: At least 5 years work-related experience in F&B operation
  • Personal Qualities: pleasant, good communication skills, attention to details, pro-active and discipline
  • Additional Skill required: Third language will be an advantage and Good public relation skills
