Key responsibilities
- Lead and drive a team of technician on site for installation and maintenance of the water infrastructures
- Manage and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals.
- Actively participate in technical intervention operations, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progress and delivery.
- Prioritize and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular safety assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project performance.
