JOB SUMMARY:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotels and areas, events and activities so that our guest have accurate information when needed.

  • Upselling to enhance guest experience.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

  • Use suggestive upselling techniques, attentive and exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.

  • To strengthen the product knowledge to our partners.

  • Respond to our partners' requests for technical assistance by live chat/telephone and email.

  • Assist sales team of tour operators/travel agenciesin arranging travel for their customers.

  • Help tour operators/travel agencies sales team by guiding and expertly determining their requirements in order to materialize booking and drive sales.

  • Involve providing information about the brand, product or service, generating sales opportunitiesand working to build customer preference for the brand.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales or required field.

Experience: At least 2 years experience in Sales, Reservation, Call Centre (Customer service) or E-Concierge.

  • Persuasiveness and negociation skills, Customer Service orientation and focus.

  • Planning, organizing and implementation skills.

  • Eligible to work on a shift system.

  • Excellent communication skills.
