Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our agency and manage all community communications.The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the clients’ Social Media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve Online Marketing performance via impressions and reactions, and increase positive results.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying the brand universe, target audience and segmentation, tracking target audience behaviour and monitoring competition.

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, mobile marketing, SMS marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence of our clients.

  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Have the problem-solution mindset and work independent on projects.

  • Understand A/B testing, optimisation technical or designs for campaign on Ads Manager and Google Ads.

  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Knowledge of Graphic Design (Adobe Tools).

  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public–facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

  • Build a strong client relationship and provide solutions when needed.

  • Developing websites, landing page and e-commerce platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Website development, Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing specialist or similar role.

  • Good verbal and writing communication skills – French, Creole, English.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, website development, SEO, PPC.

  • Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analysing situations or data.

  • Able to use professional concepts and apply company policies/procedures to work on problem/issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

  • Excellent multitasking skills.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

  • Familiar with marketing and Design creation.

  • Has worked in communication or digital agency will be an advantage.

  • Accept to work odd hours and during the week-end (ad-hoc).
