We are a Call centre providing service to client regarding online trading platform.

As a customer support officer you will interact with potential customers /customers by telephone and electronically to provide and process information in response to inquiries, queries and requests to open and maintain a trading account on a self-trading platform. 

A relevant Degree in the financial sector or any equivalent certificate is an advantage but is not a must as you may obtain it during the first 6 months of employment.  We also offer you education and platform training.  We would expect you to take initiative, be flexible with working having the ability to work shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English is a MUST.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong Technical skills.

  • Be able to work under pressure.

  • Target Orientated.

  • Foreigners – your working permit is essential.

  • Ready to start this new adventure by the 17th January.
