  • Prospect for new client/ sales lead generation.

  • Direct communication with leads via e‐mail and telephone so as to qualify them prior to promoting/marketing our clients and their product range/services to the qualified leads.

  • Accurately input and document actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.

  • Generate a specific number of sales leads each month to meet the assigned target.

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.

  • Alert superiors of client issues when necessary

  • Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members

  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.


  • Minimum HSC.

  • Computer Literate.

  • Good Spoken English.

  • Previous experience in sales would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
