RESPONSIBILITTIES:

The duties are deemed to include but not limited to the following:

  • Be responsible for the pre and post incorporation of Global companies and general administration requirements of a Corporate Services portfolio of clients as the case may be, under the supervision of the Head of Division / Immediate Supervisor / Directors or other person designated by the Directors

  • Attending to clients’ queries including

  • Drafting of proper resolutions and lodging of statutory documents with the local authorities

  • Ensuring clients’ transfer instructions are sent to bank, proper follow-up with the bank and informing clients on same

  • Filing and maintaining clients’ records in proper order

  • Giving constant feed-back/continuous reporting on work status to Head of Division /Immediate Supervisor and the Directors as the case may be;

  • Attending to any other work assigned by Head of Division /Immediate Supervisor / Directors

REQUIREMENT:

Experience & Qualification:

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • LLB (Hons) or Degree in Law and Management
