We are looking for a CLIENT SUPPORT for our Front Office Support Team 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT SUPPORT

  • Platform Technical Support: Provide any platform technical support to active clients (re-access to trading systems, platform errors etc).

  • Relationship Support: Dealing with any active customers queries/requests and new client registrations.

  • Portfolio Transfer: Processing new requests from active clients looking to transfer their portfolios.

TRADING DESK

  • Client Order: Placement of clients orders via our trading platforms.

  • Order Monitorisation & Execution: Ensure orders are correctly placed and executed.

  • Addition of New Instruments into our platform (Stocks, CFDs, Options, Bonds, Mutual Funds etc).

  • Margin call: Inform active clients of any incurred margin calls.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Fluent command of the English language.

  • Other fluent in other foreign languages is a plus.

  • Fast learner and hands-on approach.

  • Self-starter, motivated and well-presented person.

  • Energetic & positive minded.

  • Customer-focused person.
