THIS JOB IS MADE FOR YOUR IF… 

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience.

  • You’re a calm person.

  • You have a bachelor in IT systems or similar via experience.

  • Your spoken and written French is a perfect, basic English is required (Dutch knowledge is a surplus).

  • You have experience managing and automating business processes and optimising business operations, preferably in a Managed Service Provider company. A certificate in this matter is an asset.

  • Knowledge of PSA software tools such as ConnectWise, Atera, N-central, Autotask etc is a very nice to have.

BUT WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

  • You will proactively follow up the business processes, set up dashboard in our software tools, think about and provide more efficient integrations and automatisations in our PSA package.

  • You deliver the integrations, automatisation, reporting for the various departements, after approval of the Business Process Manager.

  • Be willing to work sporadic evenings when required for TIME ZONE purposes.
