• To prepare beverages whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic; cold or hot and maintain appealing display, cleanliness, order, set-up and “mise en place” of the different bars, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests as per the Hotel’s standards.


  • 0-1 year Assistant Barman from a 4 or 5 stars hotel.

  • 2-4 years In Hotel or Institutional Catering Business.


  • A Minimum SC/GCE O Level/NC 3 in related trades 

  • NC 4/5 or alternative qualifications 

  • Food Handlers Medical Certificate 

  • A Clean Certificate of Character is a must. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
